Data collected and purposes
Emails
Your address, your name, the content of your messages and their attachments: project description, amount sought, location or, for investors, investment criteria. This data is used to analyse your request, to reply to you and, with your consent, to present a project to identified investors. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request and legitimate interest in reviewing the projects received.
Connection logs
IP address, date, page viewed and browser, recorded by the hosting provider for site security. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
What we do not do
- This site sets no cookies, no audience measurement and no advertising trackers.
- No data is sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes.
- No project is presented to an investor without its owner's consent.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash: your browser sends your IP address to these services when doing so. Hosting fonts and images locally is recommended to avoid this.
Recipients
The people in charge of the cases at Lupercus Capital; the hosting provider, for the logs; the identified investors, only for projects and with the owner's consent; the authorities where required by law.
